Summer Camp Cancellation & Change Policy

We understand that plans can shift — especially in the summer.

Full Refund Through May 1

Families may cancel their camp booking for a 100% refund through May 1.

After May 1

If you need to adjust your selected camp days after May 1, we’re happy to help, based on availability. A $25 change fee will apply to any schedule adjustments.

We encourage families to book early to secure their preferred weeks with confidence.
